During every debate, the moderators have shut Gabbard down every time including the last debate where Gabbard asked Warren a question, the moderators told her she was out of time and moved on to the next person. Gabbard was only allowed to talk 8 minutes and shut down 3 times before she could finish a sentence, Warren was allowed to talk 20 minutes and was never shut down.

Well Gabbard has had enough, she since the DNC won't give her a chance to run as a Democrat, she's considering running as a third-party candidate which has the DNC horrified. If she did that she would take millions of votes that would have otherwise went to the Democrat candidate that runs against Trump. Hillary has even come out and accused Gabbard of being a Russian plant to do just that.
