Why would Ukraine and China give this guy millions for his "advice"

In May 2013, Hunter Biden joined the US Naval Reserve for which he required two waivers — one because at 42 years old he was above the normal age for a military recruit and the other due to a previous drug use incident. In August, his brother Beau received the initial diagnosis of the brain cancer that would eventually kill him.
By February of 2014, Hunter was discharged from the Navy for testing positive for cocaine. The next spring, Beau died. In October 2015, Hunter separated from his wife Kathleen. She filed for divorce in 2016, and in paperwork complained that Hunter had been “spending extravagantly on his own interests including drugs, alcohol, prostitutes, strip clubs, and gifts for women with whom he has sexual relations.”
Sometime in 2016, Hunter began dating his brother's widow, but that relationship unraveled by early 2019.
Hunter’s personal troubles were severe enough that he was for whatever reason unable to attend Joe Biden’s presidential campaign kickoff — an event that featured Hunter’s three daughters, the boyfriend of one of the daughters, Beau’s two kids, Hunter’s half-sister Ashley, and Ashley’s husband Howard Krein, along with an empty seat in the row with a piece of paper on it that said “reserved.”
And during the bulk of this troubled period in Hunter’s life, he was fortuitously on the boards of a Ukrainian energy company and received a 1.5 billion dollar investment in his start up from China. Hunter received the offer to join the Ukrainian energy company's board of director 2 months after visiting Ukraine on Air Force two. He received the 1.5 billion dollar investment from China one month after visiting China on Air Force two.
Hunter has declined to respond to questions concerning the type of service he offered Ukraine or China in return for the money he received from them. Three days ago Hunter resigned from his China position after multiple requests concerning his dealings with China.

This isn't even a partisan issue.
The pay-to-play stuff is how things are done, and that is true because the sons of Pelosi, Romney, Biden, and Kerry all swooped in to exploit the gas/oil industry in poor Ukraine.
Donations to the Clinton Foundation fell off a cliff when she failed to win in 2016 because people were not donating to charity but buying influence.
Doesn't anybody realize that the multi-million dollar book contracts to the Obamas was money laundering?

johnny, that is absolutely untrue. You fell for your handlers' partisan bullshit and you keep repeating it, turning yourself into a laughing stock.

The pay-to-play stuff is OK with clown as long as it's the Democrats doing it.
On the other hand Trump is the first U.S. President who has taken a financial loss for being President. Imagine a politician who isn't in it for the money, it's refreshing and why I will once again be voting for him in 2020.

^^^^^^ The only true statement in that post is that RealTool is going to be voting for Trump again. he's that gullible.
Every other comment is an obvious lie.
But I guess ONE true statement in a post from a conservative is pretty unusual, so I must applaud RealTool for the effort, though it's still pitiful.

Trump lost money being president, but no other person has with the possible exception of George Washington or Teddy.
Barry O just bought a 15 million dollar waterfront mansion, but was worth about 800k in toto when elected. (Yes, his financial disclosures were and are available.)
The Clintons left office "dead broke" but are now worth 200 million from speaking fees (payola).
By the way, Bush Sr is the first president I know of who cashed in enormously on foreign speech fees.

What Trump has given up in salary, he has more than made up in emoluments and idiotic overpriced lodging of U.S. officials at his cheesy resorts.

Elkin, I've explained this to you before.
For net worth, the best hints are in financial disclosures.
Yes, I've seen disclosures for Biden, who was relatively poor other than the mansion he bought from a credit card exec while he was doing oversight of credit card companies.
