I'm new here and have some questions about payment and supporrt. The helpdesk is down, so here I try it here.

I'm from Germany, have uploaded some good contris and entered very good rankings. Problem is payment for winning contests. No german credit card accepts US Dollar. Isn't it possible to use paypal? Or get checks?

Please help me. It would be a pity if I had to leave vw again.

Now, the first month is gone. Natalie and me won 150 Bucks. Leo told me he will use Western Union. But I have no idea how it works. How long does it take with payment? What do you need from me? Name, Adress,Birthdate? Sorry, but as a newbie there are some questions........Thanks for patience!
