Remember, democrats were in control for a long time, nothing changed because of them. Also, remember, it was liberal thinking and corruption on both Republicans and Democrats that created the changes - and during Obama time as a Senator he did NOTHING to change it for the better, during his time as President he's done NOTHING to change it for the better, not even asking to change it.

Show me your source here that Clinton was brief about 911 on his PDB. Katrina....Bush was brief 3 days before the storm arrived. They had a meeting together with his FEMA officials ( side note: the head of FEMA that Bush appointed was a horse judge i think before. Why would a president appoint someone whose experience was judging horses to a job of managing disasters ? Remember - You are doing a heck of a job comment of Bush on Brown while people were drowning ? ) What kind of christian Harvard educated president say that ?

Anyway, Bush didn't ask a single question during that meeting. Exactly the same concentration when he was brief about 911 before it happened on his ranch at Texas. What Leroy saying about turning down help was when Katrina happened not before. When it happened is not the same as before it happened.
