Yesterday Barr said that one of the first things he plans on doing upon receiving Mueller's report is to validate the report is based upon solid evidence and that Mueller's team followed normal investigative standards. To insure the report is unbiased and void of a political agenda he'll have a team of lawyers review the findings and how the information was collected, only then will he determine what HE does with the report.

Well this explains why CNN's scoop from the Mueller's team that it would be released this week was wrong, Mueller's team didn't expect their findings to be scrutinized.

The central problem was why Mueller hired ONLY partisan Democrats for his team.

Why, if he wanted to be fair, did he do that?

Why was there no inquiry into Hillary's work with Russia to sell uranium to them?

Why no inquiry about her using Russia sources to put together the fake dossier which corrupt top officials used to wiretap Trump?

Imagine an Attorney General who wants to know a report is based upon legally collected and factual information before using that report to make a decision.

His first question to Mueller will probably be, where is the transcripts of the interviews of Hillary and her staff concerning their involvement in the Russian document that kicked your investigation off? Barr to Mueller, ohh, WOW that wasn't done, so lets toss that document out and any evidence collected where that document was used or mentioned, now lets look at what we have.

Elk stumbles upon a Trump chess move. There would have been massive outrage if Republicans demanded Mueller testify under oath before Congress to answer their questions, but now Democrats will be delivering Mueller to them. Even a first year law student could tear Mueller apart if was forced to answer questions.

As to the content of Mueller's report, we would long ago have known from *** if there was anything against Trump.

Bear in mind that CNN was told to come along to film the raid of 29 armed agents on barefoot R Stone and his deaf wife, and in a supposedly dangerous area the CNN camera crew was behind the brave agents wearing body armor to arrest an old guy in a polo shirt.

your right, you dont have to lie when there is a paper trail. But you do have to worry if you obtained information in any unethical way, or illegally. everything you did could be thrown out and cases dismissed.

Cory "Spartacus" leaked on purpose, was brought up on ethics charges, and was of course let go because he clearly broke the rules and Democrats can do so with impunity.

If Trump had been even suspected of one single thing, the Mueller team would have leaked that instantly to CNN because, as the Stone arrest showed, they bring in CNN for media coverage and obviously inform CNN in advance to do political spindoctoring for them.
