For example, if you hand out welfare checks, there is a small stimulative effect from buying food or soda pop or beer.

Trickle down affects the economy too. Consider a yacht owner who has to maintain, staff, and fuel his yacht. Obviously, poor people tend to be hired by rich people, and that helps poor people get by.

Trickle down is a complete failure....and Kansas proved it.

Even the republicans had to roll back the tax cuts to pay for essential government services.

The census currently counts every head, not just citizens and residents. Because illegal aliens concentrate in "sanctuary" cities, those cities get extra congressional seats that are allocated by total population. It disenfranchises the voters from rural, less populated districts.

So yes illegals do count
