Is Discussing Withdrawal from NATO an Impeachable Offense?

Preet Bharara, a former Democratic federal attorney, appears to be under the impression that Trump would be conducting an impeachable crime by withdrawing the United States from NATO.
Just speaking as one person who was part of the military under NATO, it seems to be utterly reasonable to reassess old alliances that never would have worked as intended anyhow.
If I look up Prett's background, will I find that he served as part of NATO?
Would he risk his life to defend Latvia?

I think the only we should stay in NATO is if they start covering our costs instead of us covering theirs.

I suppose no one could have predicted that the super awesome business genius who ran five casinos straight into the ground would be the super awesome business genius who ran the US economy straight into the ground and would entertain exiting NATO.
This is nothing more than a Trumpian red meat distraction from the Russia investiagtions and the 10 grand used to pretty up Melania's mug...and Johnnie sucked it down in idiotic fashion...again.
Here ya go Johnnie, go ahead and suck down those cold and greasy happy meals....

Football players love that sort of food.
Come on, does anybody expect a lineman who is 6'6' and 310 pounds to eat two grapes as Obama would have served?

I bet that Trump is still bragging about paying for cold greasy burgers with all of the unearned pride of a husband who once washed the dishes and years later still won't shut up about it...

They weren't there for dinner, Trump made that food available to them during their visit in case they wanted something, and yes he paid for it out of his pocket, something Obama never did for anyone visiting the White House.

Trump shutdown day 26: So did the president make an effort to drag his lazy goldbricking backside into the Oval Office today or was he just content and happy just to watch Hoax News in his BJ's while slamming dozens of day old cold and greasy Big Macs into his stupid pumpkin face?

Elkin is a suburban sissy who can't understand that a football lineman might want more than 2 grapes.

I don't think football players normally eat cold and greasy fast food.
Trump says he's a billionaire...so he could have forked over some more cash for a more proper meal to be catered....
