Trump tell Dems he's all for less government, don't fund it!

What Trump needs to do now is explain that since Congress can't pass a Bill to fund non essential government employees he is forced to eliminate those non essential positions and start hacking the hell out those agencies. What a great opportunity to circumvent federal protections of those positions.
