Federal judge in Texas strikes down Affordable Care Act

Obama care is dead!
A federal judge in Texas struck down the Affordable Care Act on Friday night, ruling that former President Barack Obama's signature domestic legislation has fallen down like a losing game of "Jenga."

U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor in Fort Worth sided with the argument put forward by a coalition of Republican-leaning states, led by Texas, that Obamacare could no longer stand. As a result of the ruling, millions are now free to ignore restrictions set by Obamacare and insurers no longer have to abide by the Affordable Care Act.
Love it! Leftist judges have been doing this the day Trump came into office, FINALLY a conservative judge returns the favor and not a damn thing they can do about it.

Michelle Obama strikes out with outrage that a single judge could override her husband's work. Conservative judges are starting to fight back. It's now the law Obamacare is unconstitutional, a judge has spoken.

It is funny because this is a game which can be played two ways.

However, at some point Congress will have to clarify that a federal district judge cannot issue a national injunction and thus become a mini-president.

"But as usual you defended it with your worthless American hating life"-namandgulfdumbfuckassholelickingpigfucker

Why is it not a single one of you conservatards can post without lying? Particularly lying about ME.

Of course, I never defended the Affordable Care Act. I told you all from the start that Obama shouldn't have knuckled under to the Republicans and create a Republican Romneycare health insurance system. Obama should have held out for universal health care coverage for everyone.

But this won't stop namandgulfretardmoronassholesuckingdumbfuck from repeating his lies over an over.

Now, you dimwits need to understand the ruling, which is not that the Affordable Care Act was unConstitutional, but that the Affordable Care Act became unConstitutional AFTER the Republicans (under Trump) altered it with legislation that intentionally made it unConstitutional.

I pledge to pay Clown's co-payments when he gets much-needed psychiatric care.

And if we had universal health care, there wouldn't be any co-pay to come up with, would there, johnny.

What really demonstrates a need for psychiatric care is Republicans who think gleefully taking away health insurance from 15 or 20 million Americans is somehow going to gain them votes in 2020.

"Nobody took anything away.

And here we have the true conservative health care plan in a nut shell: Emergent care for all!

Wait until it's too late and temporarily patch 'em up enough to shove them out the door to die.
What I can't figure out is, if johnforbes actually sees that as acceptable health care in America, why does he spend $12,000 a year on his own health insurance premiums?

Meanwhile, he actually believes that those millions of poor rural Republican voters who will lose their health insurance are going to vote for Trump and the Republicans again. johnforbes learned precisely nothing from the 2018 elections.

Unfortunately, Republican stupidity is a preexisting condition. Wait until they find out it isn't going to be covered any longer.

So some lawyer sold a loonie conservatard judge the claim that the that Congress...which voted to repeal ACA more than 50 times then rejecting the repeals every single time...just happened to accidentally repeal the whole bill a few months later.

Whoops!

Yet we cant take care of our own because of high delectables and cost. but you fawn all over taking care of ILLEGALS at the cost of taxpayers. And its not JUST emergency. They are getting full medical, housing, food and education.

Ojackass had 8 years to make a good plan an fucked it up because he wanted power over the population... Not something that would befit everyone with out a hidden agenda

What do you call "vulnerable citizens." Define this.

For 8 years the health care was kicked down the road. Then Pelosi said we needed to vote on it to see what was in it. Not one republican was present when it was drafted. So you tell me what part of this plan do you blame on Conservatives..

When Republicans tried to get rid of the unconstitutional tax placed on Ojackass care you libs had a fit and blocked.

Whey did you need a tax on it.. Why didnt you make it affordable to begin with.

Why didnt you make it a partisan POS.

When your done answering these Elk fo to the Socialist thread you have been avoiding and answer it

Crickets eh Elk

I have already stepped up and offered to pay the copayments for Clown's much-needed psychiatric care.

However, Elkin is on his own as he looks for liposuction to reduce his exogenous obesity.

Since when is it our responsibility to provide everyone with health care? If they're 65 or over and U.S. Citizens they're taken care, the rest need to man up provide their own health care or go back to their parent's basements and ask Mommy to pay for it. If you libtards are so willing to give other people's money away, you should be willing to donate the needed cash. Just drive to your local hospital and ask who's medical bills you can pay, they'll have thousands who haven't paid their bills and will gladly take your money. If you're not willing to donate you own money, keep you hands out of my pockets.
