For a long time, I have been saying that FB and Apple and Google seemed vastly overvalued.

FB and Google are monopolies and should be regulated so that they don't violate the First Amendment, as they now do.

A private entity can't violate someone's 1st amendment rights.

I don't know in detail how tech outfits operate.

However, I don't need to in order to analyze a business via financial ratios.

Or, as here, whether they face legislative and litigation risk, and FB and Google and Yahoo et alia face enormous risks of that kind.

BTW....if you knew any better more regulations would be actually beneficial for the business, not an "enormous risk" as you claim.

Increased compliance would actually raise any barriers of entry for any competitors. But you wouldn't know that because you go around making shit up as you go along....
