How do I get the EX-BB to send me another activation email?

I was able to see the board but because I never got the activation email I cannot post or do anything. It is not in my spam folder or anywhere else, I need another one sent. You have a forum there to report issues but that is pretty fucking stupid if some people that are actually having an issue can't even post in it.

I posted this in another thread where other questions were answered but not a fucking peep about my issue.

I was able to register a different user name on another email account and got the activation immediately and that name has full access but I don't want that name!!! I want the name I registered initially and now seems to be all fucked up.

Currently I am posting at VC which is just as fucked up as this board but at least it worked the first time every time and the admins are responsive. If you want to see any of our pictures head on over there.

Well, I'm using a different ID on this forum so don't want to get my real nic band, but we know each other from FF. Yea.

I had the same problem with my nic too, I never got the email to finish the validations. Sounds like you did what I did, pretty much, tried to register another nic using a different email address and got the validations email.

My suggestion is to try what I did. First using your good nic, change your profile so associate it with another email address. That worked for me. it also generated a new validation email. Then once that is done, try changing the nic back to your preferred email and it hopefully will generate yet another validations email.

i don't know why my first attempt didn't generate an email, but I saw earlier today that DarkJedi had the same problem, so its not unique to us. I ended up with 3 nics now, only one of which is associated with the email I used for my RC account. the other two nics are ot associated with my RC account, so it looks like you can create multiple nics again, oh joy. This doesn't feel like the old VW or RC at all. AS I said before, all they had was the domain and not the experience or knowledge of the ins and outs of the old VW and RC, so don't know any of the history. Of course the VW BRAND had monetary value, so it would seem like it was something to treasure and try and bring back, but I think at this point, it never will. and my opinion of Igor is that he always was a quirky bastard and what he did really affected all us users and its his fault for all this loss now. Because of that I can't see going over to VC either, but I'm afraid VW is no longer the same either. The fucking should go to Igor, because he really screwed the community.

Hey Morph... probably a few too many f's in there, I was just feeling grumpy. I'm kind of frustrated with this whole deal and miss my familiar daily fix. Most of the local people seem to be on the other board but I figure if there's going to be two boards then for the short term there are two options and I can make a choice when it is time to put out money.

I still didn't get a reply (probably because I didn't ask very nicely) but your suggestion sounds like it just might work. I should have thought of trying that.

I'll drop you an email a little later, curious if you're going to Nudes-A-Poppin this year.

glad it worked for you. So we're back to the crap of multiple nics again and so the bashers and trouble makers will be back to harass.
