Trump should declare Martial Law along our Mexico boarder

As it is now, the military members they are sending, aren't allowed to interact with the law breakers, they are there in a purely support roll to boarder patrol agents. Cooking their meals and providing logistical support, none will be allowed to use force to stop the illegals, it's hands off for the military. Much as the Germany Army has done on NATO missions.
The President has the power to declare Martial Law if our borders are endangered and normal civil forces don't have the ability to protect the borders. Declaring Martial Law at our border doesn't mean the military will take over all across the United States, it would be limited to border operations.
Give our military some real life training, have them bring in the equipment and set up camps along the borders, hell we do it for other countries to protect their borders. Allow them to use what ever force is needed to prevent unlawful border crossings. If grabbing them by the back of the neck stops them so be it, if they attempt to physically harm a military member, let the military do what they do best and take the bastards down. The military shouldn't use their weapons on the illegals unless the illegals start using weapons such as rocks to assault them.
This may be the plan after the mid-terms are out of the way.
