we have suspected the same issue as it seems pro looking models always win. Especially in the Nude in Public section. C'mon most always the winner is some pro model and there aren't any people nearby. Whats so nude in public about it then? They should be kicked to private shots or freestyle. Leave the NIP for true amateurs taking daring photos in real public scenarios.
