The Manhattan district attorney's office is considering pursuing criminal charges against the Trump Organization, The New York Times reported on Thursday.

The investigation would look into whether the company falsified business records of a $130,000 reimbursement to Michael Cohen, U.S. President Donald Trump's former lawyer, according to the report.
