Is This Sane?

The wife of a Marine veteran was deported Friday after living in the United States for nearly 20 years, according to Reuters. Alejandra Juarez, 38, left her husband and a child behind as she boarded a plane from Florida to Mexico. “Mr. President, you deporting me is not going to hurt just me; you’re making a veteran suffer,” Alejandra Juarez said at the airport. “You always say you love veterans. If you really love veterans, why didn’t you pardon me?” The woman’s lawyer claims that President Trump’s “zero-tolerance” policy is to blame for her deportation, since she was previously considered “low priority” and had been checking in with immigration authorities every six months. Juarez attempted to enter the U.S. illegally in 1998 but was deported, then successfully re-entered in 2000. That same year, she married Temo Juarez, an Iraq veteran and naturalized citizen. Her first deportation reportedly made her ineligible for “getting a visa or becoming a citizen,” and she was discovered by law enforcement in 2013 during a traffic stop. Juarez was able to live a normal life in the U.S. by checking in with Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials twice a year, but that apparently changed when new deportation rules were put in place. She plans to live in Mexico with her youngest daughter, while her husband and other child remain in the U.S.

First, no illegal alien should be in our military.
Secondly, if one does go in, I'd give instant citizenship upon honorable discharge.
Clearly, laws need to change and we need to secure the southern border or every poor person in Central and South America will sneak in.

Try to stay on topic, johnny.
This thread isn't about illegal aliens in the military. It's about peaceful people married to American veterans who, once here, followed the law for 18 years and obviously present no danger or harm to anyone.
Incidentally, once someone is in the military, they aren't an "illegal alien" are they. They are perfectly legal.
And America has always welcomed foreigners willing to fight for this country. What have you got against that tradition all of a sudden?

"...then successfully re-entered in 2000.
Illegally , illegally! that's when it became a felony..!
As you liberal like to tell the President.."No One is Above the LAW.."
She just happens to be married to a US citizen who was in the military like millions of others..
There are approx. 11million illegals in this country..
Is the bias liberal media going to make a whinny story of each one that is deported..? :o

Melania Trump was once undocumented and illegally working in the U.S. as a model.

An illegal alien is an illegal alien as long as that person is an illegal alien.
As to Melania, I almost admire the sheer irrationality of Elkindope's "thought." He thinks if one person ever ran afoul of the law, it then becomes a good idea for all. The notion of organizing a society, well, that never crossed his mind.

It's not surprising to see that Silly and John are letting hypocrisy get in their way.
Not to mention the fact the guy who called Maxine Waters a low IQ individual thinks you need an ID to buy groceries...

You do need a credit card unless you pay with cash.
Elkin thinks everybody has a welfare card like him...

Pretty obvious to me she didnt follow the law, or she would still be here. As a Marine he knew better, and should have drug her ass down to immigration and had her sign up..

That's right.
Why does the Left think the rule of law doesn't matter?
What the Left wants, and is now admitting, is an open border -- the Soros dream.
The modern Left thinks racism against whites is wonderful (Jeong hired at NY Times, affirmative action now hiding as diversity in every personnel office).

^^^^^^ And these are the guys who think Manafort should walk, just because.
The Left doesn't think the rule of law matters?
The Right couldn't care less about the rule of law, as we see every day on FOXnews and this forum. They want Manafort pardoned even if convicted. They say Mueller is conducting a "witch hunt" even after 28 criminal indictments and several guilty pleas, with more to come. "Shut down the Mueller investigation, fer gawds sake! We don't care about the rule of law!"
This is after Trump himself has admitted to Russian meddling in our election, and six of his highest ranking intelligence officers held a press conference to warn of more meddling going on now.
Then yesterday even Trump admitted in a tweet to collusion with Russia by his campaign, throwing Jr. under the bus. Conservatives just shrug their shoulders at "the rule of law" when it comes to things that could actually bring down our democracy. It's all a "hoax" to them and Trump. "Shut down the Mueller investigation!"
But hey, go all "rule of law" on the wife of a veteran who hasn't harmed anyone, ever. Why let her go on legally checking in with immigration every six months as she has for years as a matter of sensible legal discretion? Conservatives see her as a threat to America, unlike Manafort and Don Jr., and Putin's criminal friends, for that matter.
You guys seriously need to get your priorities straight.
Deploy America's limited law enforcement resources to go after real threats to the peace before indignantly insisting on righteously ruining the lives of veterans and litter bugs.

Looks like Gates testified that he committed crimes with Manafort.
Papadopoulos testified that he lied to the FBI.
Cohen and Donnie Jr. are up next on the menu!

Abedin and Mills both lied to the FBI, saying they did not know about Hillary's server.
Then their emails surfaced showing they knew well about it.
Were they prosecuted for their lies?
Of course not.

What is wrong with the Trump Administration, johnny?
Why are they letting such crimes go unprosecuted? It is a dereliction of duty, like the rest of Trump's Administration.
You should really be pissed at him.

Well Clown..One example is..rather than waste taxpayer money going after Abedin ...it was cheaper to
just dry up her source of information and rendered her irrelelvant..
Unless you're a total idiot..you know exactly what I'm talking about …...

Don't tell me, dummy. Tell johnforbes.
He's been harping on this for years and he just can't get it through his thick skull that Trump isn't doing anything about it.
But he's still blaming Democrats for Trump's inaction.

After careful consideration of Clown's contention, I note as follows:
Abedin and Mills both lied to the FBI, saying they did not know about Hillary's server.
Then their emails surfaced showing they knew well about it.
Were they prosecuted for their lies?
Of course not.
