It seemed possible to me (and others) that growth could hit 4 percent late this year.

I was wrong.

Completely wrong.

It happened in the second quarter.

When Trump was elected he said he predicted he could hit 4% growth during his first term, laughter from the experts and media. John and I predicted Trump could do it on this board, laughter from clown and elk, clown predicted he would never break 2%.

Well today we learned he hit 4.1% and the experts are NOW predicting it's here to stay. Dudes, we're watching America come back alive right before our eyes.

4% growth is an outlier. Obviously it's not sustainable in the long run.

As to whether 4 percent will be the new norm, that is unknown but -- unlike the Left -- I am rooting for America to succeed.

Normally when you have positive economic news, the stock market normally goes up.

However last Friday, the stock market dropped while Trump was bragging about 4.1% GDP growth.

The market was down because growth isn’t expected to last. Much of the growth is from products that are facing tariffs, buyers stocked up.
