Judge demands Mueller explains 3rd delay in Flynn case

Mueller’s team on Friday once again delayed sentencing Flynn, marking the third time sentencing has been postponed.
Mueller for months has vaguely cited “the status of the Special Counsel’s investigation” for not offering a suggested sentencing date.
Over the weekend, U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan said the delays have forced the court to change its procedures in a presentence investigation. Sullivan demanded “reasons why the Court should expend the Probation Office's resources and depart from the Court's usual practice of ordering a presentence report, scheduling a sentencing date, and establishing a sentencing briefing schedule at the same time.”
Fueling intrigue in the case is a report from the House Intelligence Committee in May stating that former FBI Director James Comey testified to the committee that FBI agents did not believe that Flynn lied about talks with Russia’s ambassador.

Muller know he doesnt have a real case against Flynn. Hes still looking

One theory of this absurd investigation is that he hired all Democrats for one reason -- because the goal was to try to cover up the massive extent to which top officials:
1) Protected Hillary with a fake investigation
2) Abused the FISA process with a fake dossier used to wiretap Trump

The judge should have sentenced Flynn to time served and let him go...!

Young master Elkin, how would you like it if an all-Repub team were to pursue Hillary?
That would NOT be fair, and I would oppose that.
But Dems have no scruples.
Apparently his job description did include "Democrats Only"?
Were it otherwise, why did he hire only Dems?
There are tens of thousands of exceedingly qualified lawyers in and near the Beltway.
Yet, oddly, only Dems were hired to go after the Repub Trump.
