WOW judge in Flynn case makes very unusual demand of Mueller

Judge Emmet G. Sullivan ordered Special Counsel Robert Mueller to provide Flynn’s attorneys with any and all information that may have been withheld from the case.

Sullivan ordered the government to produce any evidence in its possession that is “favorable to defendant and material either to defendant’s guilt or punishment.”

Sullivan also told Mueller directly that if he knew of "any possible" exculpatory information he was to disclose it, whether that information was in written or verbal form. The demand even surprised Flynn's attorneys.
The judge has just reversed the roles on Mueller. He's setting up the same trap they used on Flynn, if Mueller knows of any type of conversation or action that could be exculpatory (such as misleading wiretap requests) and that information someone comes out and Mueller doesn't disclose it, it's Mueller's ass!

Strzok apparently interviewed him and did not think he had lied to the agency.

This was enormous exculpatory info, but was probably kept back.

Also, Mueller surely knew that Strzok was extremely biased toward Democrats and hated Trump.

This is the second judge not buying Mueller's shit, but this judge has put the bait on the trap and told Mueller come get it.

What I'm gonna say here is old-fashioned, but it used to be the case that a lawyer could be disbarred for hiding info which could help the defendant and instead just trying to prosecute based on less than the full, fair facts.

In a Banana Republic dictatorship, you see trials where the prosecutor holds back info which would help the defendant.

Obama operated a Banana Republic and now the only way for them to keep from going to prison is to work together to take Trump out before he exposes them. They are dropping like flies, just wait until this DOJ IG report comes out, it will lead to more than one Special Counsel being appointed. The core of our government was corrupted by a Chicago community agitator.
