A firm tied to a Russian oligarch gave money to a company that Michael D. Cohen, President Trump’s lawyer, previously used to pay Stormy Daniels, an adult film actress.
The shell company also received funds from several corporations with business before the Trump administration, according to records reviewed by The Times.
:o

You left out the meat of news. Stormy Daniel "alleges" A firm tied to a Russian oligarch gave money to a company that Michael D. Cohen used to pay her. Stormy alleges through her attorney that Cohen received $500,000.00 but only gave her $130,000.00 of that money.

Wasn't that "shell company" just an LLC?
Heck, there are zillions of them and there's nothing wrong at all with being in one to limit your personal liability.
It is very common to see a small business entity in an LLC, and I'm even in a few.

Yep, so if you're involved in major lawsuit and liberal jury tries to take everything the company own, they can't touch your LLC's. For similar reasons I lease the building my business is in and much of the vehicles and some of the equipement...from my brother! Not only do I get to write those expenses off, if one of my guys does something to get my ass sued off, they can't take what isn't property of the business and it's all legal.

Nobody knew why Trump and FCC were against Net Neutrality, when 85% of America was for it.
First we found out that AT&T paid Cohen 200G. To me it appeared as if it costs just 70G more to screw the country than it costs to do the same to a porn star.
Now it looks like AT&T made 12 payments of 50G each for a grand total of 600G. Way more than first reported.
Trump.... the champion of internet deregulation.

So apparently Trump's personal attorney...not a lobbying firm was actively soliciting clients and trying to sell access to the highest office in the country. Let's see if Ghouliani can clean up this mess....

Even if the rumors prove to be true, what does Cohen's actions have to do with Trump? One of Obama's attorneys raped his sister in law but no one blamed that that on Obama and they shouldn't. What's wrong with your brain Elk?

You know...the Novartis scandal, would have caused months of crisis for any other presidential admin. Because it's pretty much a bribe to Trump's fixer and for any other presidential admin. it would have lead for calls for impeachment.
However this is par for the course for Trump....

It seems that Avenati may be in more trouble than Cohen.
Avenati released a dossier to the media about Cohen bank records..records he had no right to possess.
The Treasury Department is now investigating Avenati for possible violations
of the Bank Secrecy Act.. :o
And the California Bar Association would like to have a talk with him too.
Something about a privious associate filling a complaint against him..
And don't forget in December his now ex-wife kicked him out of the house and changed the locks...

When asked how he obtained the documents he published Tuesday, Avenatti told Fox News: "That’s my work product and will not be disclosed."
Judge Andrew Napolitano weighed in on "Outnumbered Overtime," explaining that he does not believe Avenatti "committed wrongdoing."
"Who in the Treasury Department caused these documents to get into Mr. Avenatti's hands? Whoever that was certainly violated Treasury regulations and may have violated federal law," he said.
"I don't believe Mr. Avenatti committed any wrongdoing, but the person who put [the documents] in his hands undoubtedly did."
He said Avenatti could argue that he was acting as a member of the media and was thus allowed to reveal the information because the contents are in the "public interest," like the Pentagon Papers.
And Silly whiffs again...back to the dugout dummy!!!
