Yep, of course they will ignore the Judge's demand but if the do they have no option other than to drop the charges against Manafort. They won't let Congress see it and when they won't let the judge see it, the people they work for which is American citizens, will DEMAND they allows us to see it! When that happens Trump will step forward and take it from them.
What needs to happen now is for Flynn to step forward and disclose Mueller's threats to him and his family if he didn't plead guilty to lying to a FBI Agent.
