Probably even that judge knew it before wiretapping Trump.

You can't claim that Comey leaked classified information by releasing his memos, while also claiming that the memos were lies.

Comey's notes were addressed to others at the FBI.
These were federal work products, and they do NOT belong to the individual but to the federal government who was paying his salary at that time.
These were public property.
He leaked, and he lied.

Reports say that if Trump allows interview with Mueller, he will be asked about the Comey firing...
It doesn't matter the President has the authority to fire anyone for any reason...
Those of you who have or had a business where you had to hire and sometimes fire employyees will
know what I'm talking about..
Comey reminds me of that one employee you fire and then just hangs around outside your business
complaining to anyone who will listen ...only reinforcing you made the correct decision... :o :lol: :lol:

Comey's notes were addressed to others at the FBI.
Not only that, they pertain to a classified briefing he provided during a private meeting with the President. For him to say the memos about that private meeting aren't related to his job, is pretty stupid.

And now we learn that Comey's pal, the law professor, was a "special" paid FBI employee who did spindoctor work.
