Longtime Clinton confidant Mark Penn said the federal probe into Russian meddling during the 2016 election is "irretrievably tainted."

"I spent a year fighting Ken Starr," Penn said of the special prosecutor who investigated President Clinton. "This [Trump] investigation had no foundation."

He said it is based on what he called the "fruits of the poisonous tree."

"This whole thing was corrupt," Penn said. "I don't think we should waste another year here [on this]."

Clapper encouraged Comey to meet with Trump, mention the fake dossier, and that gave CNN a "news hook" to leak the phony dossier.

So it may turn out that folks like Clapper, who became famous for his lie about mass data collection on millions of ordinary American citizens, were involved in starting this whole Russia nonsense.

What intel was this Russia probe based on?

Apparently, NONE AT ALL.

Both Brennan and Clapper have revealed themselves to be pro-Democrat.

It is very scary to have intel chiefs who are partisan and prejudiced.

The biggest scandal of the Obama Administration was that sensitive parts of the federal government were perverted for political purposes.

It is just awful that the IRS targeted conservatives, and that the FBI conducted a clearly phony "investigation" of Hillary, and that Lynch held a secret meeting on the tarmac with the husband of the target of an investigation...

Now here's the deal.... Michael Cohen, who has three "clients"...

Elliott Broidy - former RNC finance chair
Sean Hannity - Fox News anchor
Donald Trump - President

...is now likely to be indicted for money laundering and bank fraud.

You have three guesses whose money he was laundering'?

Wasn't the Clinton Foundation a money laundering outfit at its core?

The Clinton Foundation was to be totally independent of Hillary's position as Secretary of State
and her candidacy for President....but it's funny how donations to the Foundation dried up
as soon as she lost .. :o :o :o

That's because Comey exonerated her many months before the phony investigation was even completed.

Her interview was not on camera, not even audiotape, she had pals with her, the whole thing was phony.

Obviously -- nobody who has looked up the statute doubts it -- she broke the law with classified email on a private server.

She did that, she broke the law.

She had intent, even though the law doesn't demand intent (Comey got that wrong too).

Clinton had phones for one reason and Cohen had all of those phones for a completely different reason.

BTW...I don't think Clinton ever had any illicit dealings with the Russians....
