Eight of the USA's 10 most-polluted cities, are in California, according to the American Lung Association's annual "State of the Air" report, released Wednesday. California also leads other States with the most cities having the highest amount of uncollected garbage and trash.

Yet, California's number one priority is protecting illegals and taking care of their needs. Mean while many California cities are looking more and more like Tijuana.....mmmmm I wonder why that is?
