Transgender bathroom preferences no long federal matter

The Trump administration’s will no longer investigate complaints filed by transgenders who are kept from using the bathroom that aligns with their chosen gender identity.
Under President Trump's directions, the departments of Justice and Education rescinded joint, Obama-era guidance that any school receiving federal money must treat a student’s gender identity as his or her sex, which included allowing individuals to use the bathroom conforming to their identity.

Agree, it's a given a transgender has severe sexual mental issues, whether it's their fault or not isn't the issue. What's at issue is that someone with a severe sexual mental issues should be allowed to pick and choice which children's bathroom they want to visit.

The person who tried to get the FBI to stop Cruz from shooting up the school should have reported that Cruz was planning on writing anti-transgender remarks on bathroom stalls, the FBI would have been knocking on his door within hours. Trump needs to take this opportunity to clean the swamp in the FBI and get them back to fighting crime instead of agendas.
