Given what we now know, Mueller should close up shop and admit that his entire probe was based on a pack of partisan lies.

Flynn did enter a guilty plea, but his lawyer should certainly be filing stuff with sentencing pending.

Page's lawsuit has the DOJ and FBI scared shitless and they are fighting to get a judge to stop it at all costs. If they can't stop it, that means Page's attorneys get depose anyone involved in the investigation and require they produce documents.

Flynn pled guilty prior to learning he was asked questions that were formed from unlawful surveillance, which means they MUST be tossed out as if they were never asked. The very reason Mueller delayed sentencing, he was probably threatened with a lawsuit when they learned about the memo disclosing the unlawful investigation.

Who's talking about questions from the dossier? The questioning was formed based upon information obtained during the illegal wire taps, Mueller can charge for anything he wants but a judge is going to take one look at state's evidence and toss the whole thing out.
