The bigger (and possibly criminal) point is about whether Trump is in bed with Russia financially. Why doesn't he impose the sanctions Congress made law? Trump keeps putting it off. And when he does enact something, it isn't asset freezes or travel bans, the most obvious and effective sanctions.
And why doesn't he mention Russia in the same breath with China and North Korea when criticizing human rights failures when they are on the same lists?
