California has legalized pot...why do libtards always destroy everything they come in contact with?

When I was a teenager, I knew people who smoked weed. Without exception, those people today have accomplished nothing in their lives, have never owned a home, have trouble even owning a car, have never held a job for any length of time and are always broke while living hand to mouth. Anyone who thinks that regular smoking of weed has no affect on their life or future has a rude awakening coming.

This is CNN on pot.

Like Nancy Reagan and Donald Trump, RealTool is a hardcore, no-nonsense advocate of the "Just say no" approach to setting our youth straight and for attacking our drug problem. That'll show 'em!

Many companies have rules against using drugs. they can and will fire you for it. Not everyone is able to accept a stoner at a work station. Dumb ass... Gawd your stupid

First of all people who consume pot are stupid. Second, if a company's terms of employment says you can't consume pot, they can and will fire you even if it's legal in that State. Several companies, especially financial companies require that their employees be bonded, which requires random or on suspicion drug testing. If the person tests positive for pot they are set free from the company to consume all the pot they want. I also have a drug free term of employment for the safety of everyone at my company. I don't give a rat's ass if they can legally smoke it. It's been fought several times in court and every time the courts have ruled if it's an agreed upon term of employment, the employee has no standing.

So Tool, now that you've said all those things everyone knows, when are you going to make an argument against legalization?

Remember, it had better be a good argument because pot is legal already in California and Washington.

And how often do your test for alcohol consumption? I hear alcohol use is rampant these days when it used to be illegal.
And it must be really hard to find employees who don't drink. How do you keep the doors open?
And how long are you going to last once your dad catches on to you and you get tested for alcohol use?

Beer and liquors are legal as are prescribed drugs .....but I don't know any employer who allows drinking on the job or
coming to work under the influence.... But it does happen...
In fact when there is a serious accident, that is the first thing investigators look for.... :o :o

We do random testing or based upon suspicion, what did you not understand about that?

If a person shows up under the influence of alcohol or tests positive for drugs tested for, they're GONE! They have no recourse since they signed the employment agreement and broke it. If they want to consume pot because it's legal they can...they just can't work for us.
