The UN diplomats aren't prepared for Trump. "The United States is done with being blamed for everything that goes wrong in the world, and then paying to fix it." The UN chiding of the United States without consequences are over, I can hear Trump telling them they'll need to rent their own parking spaces and by the way, you'll need to start paying rent on the space you use at the UN buildings.

Basically he told them if they follow his reforms, cut costs and improve management they have a potential to be great but they're presently out of control and ineffective. He also made it clear the United States won't be carrying the lion shares of the burden in the future, neither in money or providing troops, he said all nations must contribute their fair share.
