Eric Bolling is suing reporter Yashar Ali after the Huffington Post published his report claiming the FOX News host sent lewd text messages to multiple female colleagues. Bolling is suing Ali personally for a whopping $50 million. Ali says he stands by his reporting and isn’t intimidated by the suit.

Ali wrote Wednesday on Twitter that he has received a summons from Bolling and says he stands by his reporting and will protect his sources. In the initial story, Ali says he spoke to 14 sources on the condition of anonymity because they either currently work at the networks, can't speak to press without permission or signed confidentiality agreements. Ali said he will not break trust with his sources under any circumstances and that he will maintain their anonymity.

The Huffingpost has been running fake news for so long and getting away with it that they thought they were untouchable. There should be more lawsuits on these fake stories and let them prove to a court that what they ran was true. If a person isn't willing to publically say something, the media shouldn't use that information to destroy a person and if they do, they should be held accountable.

Caroline Heldman, an associate professor of politics at Occidental College in Los Angeles, has accused former MLB All-Star and World Series champion Lenny Dykstra of sexual harassment.

This comes on the heels of her accusing Fox News host Eric Bolling of sexual harassment. Bolling is currently suspended from the network as it investigates her claims.

In a Facebook post Saturday, Heldman said Dykstra made unwanted sexual advances while she was a guest on Fox News.

On March 20, 2011, Lenny Dykstra persistently asked me to a party and told me that he gets ‘sexually aroused when I talk politics.’ He also harassed the make-up artist who was curling my hair at the time,” Heldman wrote.

According to Heldman, when she and the make-up artist turned away Dykstra’s advances, he got confrontational and physical by grabbing her wrist. Heldman added that Dykstra “seemed high” during those moments.

“I’m a trained martial artist, and it took a lot of self-control not to respond to his physical violence in kind,” she told Philly.com. “Instead, I broke the wrist grab and told him to leave.”
