Page 26 of the current Kiplinger's indicates that 10.8 million households have a net worth of at least 1 million excluding primary housing.
Are these people "rich" in the eyes of Democrats and thus ripe for added taxation?

Some of them are but those that only have a million in assets are just working middle class Joe's who've managed their money.

If Clown and Dog have 401s, and own their own houses, they are probably paper millionaires.
