The media are so blinded by their hate they can't see the trap laid out right in front of them.

The, "Comey better hope there aren't tapes,"
And then, "Tapes? What tapes? Who said there were tapes?"
gambit was classic. It had the media foaming at the mouth over the prospect of Nixon style altered or erased tapes. And total rage and disbelief when they realize they'd been superbly had.

Next day they went all in again.
And the beat goes on...

Like I've said many times, Trump is playing chess while the Democrats and media continue to play checkers. He changed the game and they haven't caught on.
