1. A suggestion for rules on the moderation of picture comments.

Comments are made to compliment, it takes a lot of courage for these people to shed their clothes and share it with us all. If you don't have anything nice to say, it may be better not to say anything at all. Leave a "1" or "2" if you feel like that's what the picture deserves, but past that keep it civil. Now, while the above may be true, it would be inappropriate to prevent members from leaving critique, or explaining their reasons for the score they give, even if it's a low one.

A comment explaining a low score because of the lighting of the shot, if it's blurry, the pose, makeup, things that are within the control of the model and photographer, those should be permissible, as they could lead to someone trying better, and giving us more to look at. Comments that disparage the looks of the model or that are just plain rude or unhelpful should be shut down. Basically, allow comments that encourage someone to try again, shut down those that would make them give up on submitting ever again.

2. Suggestion for a year long contest

There are 52 weeks in the year. Make a small theme for each week, preferably in the "private" or "freestyle" category (not everyone can be lucky with voyeur shots). Members recieve 1 point for every week that they submit one or more pictures, regardless of the score it recieves. At the end of the year, the person with the most points wins (max points, 52). In the event of a tie, the moderators will randomly pick one picture from each of the models submissions, which will then be put up to vote in the usual manner.

3. Suggestion for contest voting

In the past, these 2 month theme contests have been amazing. Only issue is the way winners are chosen, in that it may be disadvantageous to submit early or late, or you get multiple submissions from the same person dragging down other possibly eligible contestants. To solve this:

a. Submission period of 7 weeks, followed by 1 week of voting with no subs allowed during the voting process

b. Only one submission picture per model per theme. Models may change their submission if they wish up to the deadline, but this should prevent the shotgun approach that we've sometimes seen in the past.

c. 10 point scale, 5 points is too narrow of a margin.
