No serious person would be bringing up Obama...according to Trump conservatards were supposed to be tired about winning by now?

To be fair (as always), that was back when I still subscribed to Forbes magazine.
As to "John," it is a fine moniker and I use it when grooving to the driving, pulsing beat of Perry Como.

We're still winning and we're not tired of it.
The proof of our winning is all you petulant children leftists keep throwing your tantrums and hoping against all hope Trump will be impeached. Many of you idiots think being impeached means removal from office.
All this set against the backdrop of increasing evidence of your leaders corruption and malfeasance.

Don't forget to tune into the crooning of Pat Boone too, JJ.
Call it what you want, you insipid bastard.....Herr tRumpf WILL be removed from office, long before his actual NEED for a re-election campaign. He's getting closer every day. What excuse are you gonna use as to why your prediction didn't work out?
PS.....I already have the answer to your reply, Sweetheart.

Yes, the relentless musical force of Pat Boone has always inspired me when lifting weights.

#1 Russia's meddling with the process
#2 Russia's hacking into the voting counts
#3 I under-estimated the stupidity of the knuckle-draggers

But it would take stunning naivete to accept any of that.
Obviously, most powerful nations will seek to have wider influence.
That is what foreign policy is about.
Sure, Russia would try, but as Obama said in Oct 2016 no serious person believes it is possible in any pragmatic way.
When Hillary lost, it shocked the Left, so there was a meeting soon after Nov 8 where it was decided to spin the Russia nonsense.
But that didn't work out either as an excuse for losing.

"But it would take stunning naivete to accept any of that."-johnforbes
And now johnforbes actually thinks he is smarter than every government intelligence gathering organization in the U.S.. They all accept it, johnny. Even Trump now accepts it. Are you saying Trump is stunningly naive?
He just recently admitted it and then criticized Obama for not doing anything about it.
But johnforbes doesn't accept that Russia meddled with the election. What does that tell us about his willful ignorance, that he won't even listen to the same professionals every President of the United States relies on to make their decisions?
"#3 I under-estimated the stupidity of the knuckle-draggers"-Dogzilla
"But it would take stunning naivete to accept any of that."-johnforbes
You can't even argue with that one, johnny.
If Dog says he underestimated something, then he probably underestimated something.
Why would someone have to be "stunningly naive" to admit a personal shortcoming?

Did they (and other nations) try?
Well, sure, that is why nations have diplomats and spy agencies.
Was it possible?
Obama explained in Oct 2016 why it was not.
In related news, Clownslacker's canoe is named "Stunning Naivete."

Obama and his opponent were talking about something else at the time, something specific; voter fraud.
You need to take things in context for them to have any meaning, johnny.
There's no percentage in willful stupidity.

Any big country will try to influence events in its own interest.
That is the meaning of foreign policy.
As Obama explained in Oct 2016, no serious person believes you can rig the US presidential election.

Nor are you.
Pick up your old copy of Hans J Morgenthau and remember that the foreign policy of any country involves serving its national interest as defined by power and money.
Sure, Russia et alia would have tried to influence the election.
As Obama said in Oct 2016, no serious person believes Russia could rig the election.

Now, if dishonest john would show us a single case of anyone claiming Russia "rigged" the election through voter fraud, he might have a point.
As it is, he's doing the old 'semantics switcheroo' changing the term "meddling with the election" to "rigging the election" in his statements. (Which is something no one has ever claimed.) Only he's leaving out the relevant "voter fraud" portion of the term that Obama was talking about.
johnforbes has shown us he can take a quotation out of context, but that's all he has shown us.
In the end, however, he covers his ass by admitting "Sure, Russia et alia would have tried to influence the election."
....which is what Mueller is looking into. johnforbes admits that the investigations are warranted.
Thanks for that rare bit of honesty, dishonestjohnny.

CNN, NBC, NY Times, et al. have claimed since November 9 that Russia rigged the election.
Otherwise, noble Hillary would have prevailed.

You know I despise your phony religion bullshit.
Empirically, you religious nuts are far more likely to have dietary restrictions and be terrorists.
