As I understand it....Under the Paris Accords,
China was not obligated to start cutting emissions until the year 2030!! :o :o :lol: :o

It allowed the UN to determine who paid what and the United States had already been tapped to fund most of it, bad deal for America!

This was a good move for investments and companies that want to expand without being worried about being punished by the UN and drained dry. Stocks will go up as sure as libtards will whine.
