HANDLING THINGS

I just wanted to introduce myself.

My name is Diego and I will be supervising the ins and outs of what is going on within the technical aspect of things. I too am a VoyeurWeb follower and was found from the VoyeurWeb boards. I am now helping the day to day activities that goes on to bring you back the behemoth of what has been stolen from us. The damage was extensive. The thievery is unforgettable and will be punished to the fullest extent of the law. We have been away from posting anything because of the critical task to bring back the VoyeurWeb. We have date stamps of traffic being diverted and this is punishable to the fullest extent of the law! We have had all the data to release everything and get the VoyeurWeb up and running, but, the firm that is handling our case has advised us to refrain from using anything that will over write the date stamps where there is proof of traffic and material being stolen from our network. It took a while but we gave the firm what they want.. We should be online within a couple of days with EVERYTHING! I will not post here to idiotic claims and banter. Keep in mind, We do have staff that monitors these boards and you will get banned for being a hero for your retarded hunchback fuckstickle Igor. If you have anything serious to say concerning the technical aspects of our service, email me diego [@] voyeurweb {dot} com.

Fuckstickle? Seriously?

What happened to C? And why are you using Admin1, Moderator, instead of the vwAdmin Administrator log in?

Stolen? So why don't you release of this supposed data so we all can see your evidence?

So far all we have seen from you guys is accusations and NOTHING else!!!!

We have seen the proof, the redirection to VC when this started. If that's not enough evidence then I don't know what is.

Seriously, we are still on the conspiracy stuff?

@DarknLadyJedi If that was a serious question (you have nice pictures by the way, thanks for sharing) Forums have different roles, a 'moderator(s)' is someone who oversees the day to day discussions on a board. Usually you have bunch of them to monitor the site's postings, so stuff to racy for VW would go to RC. That's what a Mod does. An admin has rights to the site configurations, Etc. depending on how it's configured. Each role has a user associated to it. Mods have plenty of 'power' on a board. It would be really messed up if you had 10 people all using vwAdmin instead.

Admin1, why not make the "Free Wiki of Sex" tab on your landing page a working link? That's a pretty small thing to do to show a modicum of attentiveness to your site.

Otherwise, why would he put "dot" com.
If he is admin then he would be authorized to put a freaking address...JMTC

koyote, he does have the red "admin" tag on his posts. I suppose that could be faked, but his use of language seems to fit all of the other "official" spokespeople here.

Admin1 how could you have been found on the boards if the whole thing was taken down by Igor? What was your nickname before they "found" you? Why does your lack of grammar and spelling ability mirror "ghost/kate's"? What happened to the "tell me how you'd like to fuck igor?" you started earlier?

Hi Diego you sound very aggressive for a moderator and/or for a super techie.

Show us something: what about a picture of your entire team working hard on their numerous computers?

THAT would be reassuring.

Because as far as one can tell there's only 2 guys behind your keyboards, one for the show - and post deletion -, with different nicknames (Admin1, Ghost, Katherine,John Doe, you name it) and another one reading "Internet For Dummies" while trying to create a site :geek:

Oh come off it Clouzeau -- posting a picture that claimed to be staff hard at work on VW would be met my nothing but your derision. No one, least of all you, would believe it, so why even suggest it? Laughable, but not funny.

Just exactly what accusations has VW Management made? We are simply telling you things as they are. Up until June 9, 2012, all of you had VW and there were no interruptions. Then one Saturday morning on June 9, 2012, we woke up to find that this thief stole our members log in info so he could steal our traffic. Where exactly are these accusations you are talking? Please let me know.

The entire one person crew working on it. Nice. Reading all these posts I understand not too much detail of the ins and outs can be provided as this is probably an on-going investigation and, if one is to believe the posts, an ongoing lawsuit. A lawyer will generally ask that both parties keep the details to themselves. However having run a large internet based business in the past, I just wonder why there weren't backups that could be restored in a matter of hours? What the information, weeding out all the bickering and name calling, tells me is that this site was run by office worker(s) with no internet or web background. Even the most amateur web operator would realize just from general news of other sites going down that a good backup is essential. With the amount of content in VW, one would think there would be daily backups and at the minimum, weekly. So restoring a week old backup while new code is written, would not change the "current" logs from the days of the "theft". But it would let the site be up and running for the last month.

Last, but not least, the public relations aspect of this issue has been dismal. Proper business procedure would be to set expectations with your members/customers and then follow up with them once the expectations could not be met. For instance an original email saying "we will be up Sunday" is fine. But when it is not up Sunday, on Monday post an update with new expectations like, "we ran across a glitch that will take some time to sort out. Look for the site to be back on July 3." Then when that passed, explain why and give a new "target" date. This site has done nothing but encourage the bad feelings and belief of underhanded dealings. There actually may be members with more knowledge of how to fix things than the current crew so a little detail could actually be helpful.

No wonder it's taking so long to get this site back up and running. The crack VW team appears to be using the latest technology.... IBM PS/2 machines... cutting edge back in 1987.

If that picture doesn't prove you're all getting jerked off (and not in a good way) nothing else will. There isn't a machine in that room that isn't circa early 90's.

OK had to comment here. The monitors in the photo are IBM 13 inch CRT's. Not a single Flat panel in site.

If you look closely you see the PCs. They are all IBM branded. IBM branded computers have been gone a lone time. They are IBM PS/2's. Notice the floppy drives? When is the last time you saw one of those? I am not buying this is a current pic, why not just take a real photo? Odd to post a pic that is at least from 1990. I am just saying.....

this will be my third attempt at posting a message simply because VW doesn't want me to post messages on the board, because they are scared shitless if what i say comes out, I also doubt this message will get thru either,

Love Free speech and all that, These dont believe in it,

Go on put up my other 2 messages, put this one up on its own and prove that you are hiding thigs, Or simply i expect this to disappear as well.

Roxboro, I think I got the same email and I guess that it came from the "send email to" function here on the BBS. I had my profile set to allow others here to send me email but I have since turned it off.

Check THE TEAM down at the bottom, 5 Administrators, 2 Moderators. vwAdmin originally stated that he was in charge of the tech side of things. So what happened to him, and why is the new Admin1 in charge but not in the Administrator section? I imagine TrollPatrol, who hasn't even been on, could be moved to Mod if they only allow so many Admins. And why is this post not in the Announcements section? Admin1 is obviously legit, unlike the "Katherine" who posted the humorous photo.

Let's all make a big deal out of something totally meaningless....again. Because obviously this proves that ____ at _____ is a _____ and we should therefore revile them. I mean, it's been HOURS since we got all excited about the image in a fake post from "Katherine." After working this new date thing to a nub, perhaps we can all speculate on whether ghost is REALLY a ghost, or if he's just a spectre trying to pass for one.

That might be a little too literary for some of the crowd. I think the film noir crime movie genre might go over better. Hmm. Ghost is really a mysterious, legendary, Eastern European criminal mastermind, whom no one has ever seen -- and lived to tell! Hence the name. And now, from his secure lair within Voyeurweb, he wants to....he wants to.... I can't think up the rest yet.

Cutiepi, clearly that "some" would not include a cultured woman such as yourself. And also, clearly, you can see that the level of discourse here often hovers at the schoolyard level.
