While Trump was dining with the Chinese President, 59 cruise missiles were in flight to Syria.
This is the sort of message that will be received loud and clear by the Chinese.
Compare and contrast this action with the feckless blather and inaction by Obozo whom the Chinese knew they could push around and intimidate at will.
The message was: "Get a leash on your punk puppet with the bad haircut in North Korea or I'll do it for you. And pretty fucking soon too."

Bingo! There is nothing that Trump does that isn't part of the deal. Trump timed the whole series of events "perfect"

Like MSNBC, CNN feels strongly that:
1) Gas attacks on kids are bad.
2) Any response to Assad is bad.
3) Democrats are good.

I agree it is a good idea to consider the false flag possibility, and that was immediately cited online as an alternative theory.
But the best a rational person can do is hope that not all the intel agencies were devoting their resources to wiretapping candidate/pres elect Trump and that some were doing their jobs and figuring out who did the Syria attack in the first place.

Lumpy is over on the pay side political board still going all in on every conspiracy that comes along.

Dog laughed several weeks ago when I told everyone I was certain it was Susan Rice who did the unmasking and *** of the Trump wiretaps. Basic logic indicated it was her but dog couldn't grasp it, but yet his logic says it wasn't Syria that used the chemical weapons, that he's sure of. He still thinks Hillary won the election.

There is no reason for Assad to use chemical weapons on anybody. He has had Russia to help against Isis and the rebels, and now the US is here to assist he and Russia in their efforts. He KNOWS that we cannot and will not approve of any kind of chemical shenanigans, so I call bullshit.
Syria and Russia were in on this little foray, and had time to remove their important stuff from that air base. And the REAL winners are the military industrial complex, who received orders today for $100M worth of replacement missiles, and more for an increased supply of them for the additional maneuvers that are sure to follow.

Dog, you're losing it dude. Next you'll tell us that Trump had those people gassed so we could dispose of some of those missiles before they reached their shelf lives and buy some new ones. The technology on those missiles were 10 years old, they have newer ones coming out, so it was a great time to use them and get at least some value from them.
Right after the chemical attack on those civilians Hillary accused Trump of doing nothing, that's because she thought he didn't want to get involved, Democrats were screaming bloody murder that Trump was just watching children be gassed. Today after the missile attack, Hillary accused Trump of aggression that wasn't authorized by Congress and feared for any civilians that may been killed by Trump's actions. Are you guys starting to see the trend? No matter what Trump does or doesn't do, dog, Hillary and other libtards will fault him, Trump is doing the right thing by ignoring their input and doing what he thinks best, while telling them to stuff it.

What will we get for bombing Syria besides more debt and a possible long term conflict? Obama needs Congressional approval.
Doesn't seem like the conservatard hypocrisy seems to be getting in their way...

Trump was spot on, every military action Obama took was a complete failure because he tied the hands of our military before sending them in. Infantry troops weren't allowed to fire at anyone that hadn't fired at them first, he treated our military as if they were policing an American city rather fighting in combat. Obama would have announced that he would be bombing that airbase and that anyone who didn't want to get hurt should leave the area. There wouldn't have been one jet destroyed. Trump knew that and so did most of us.
Trump has untied the hands of our military and told them, shoot the enemy before they even have a chance to load their weapons!

Exactly what I said in the OP:
The U.S. bombardment of a Syrian airbase just outside of Homs Friday was likely seen by North Korea as a clear warning that President Trump will use his military if United States interests are at risk.
The immediate focus after the strikes was on Russia’s Vladimir Putin’s reaction. Russia was not happy with the U.S., it spoke in defense of Syria and moved warships. But now the attention is on the next move by another world leader: Kim Jong-Un.
Gordon Chang, a Daily Beast columnist and author of “Nuclear Showdown: North Korea Takes On The World,” said in an emailed statement to Fox News Friday that the U.S. strike on the Syrian airfield “tells North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un that he must now heed American military power, something that he probably dismissed before.”
“Kim’s father, Kim Jong Il, disappeared from public view for about six weeks in 2003 at the time of the Iraq war. Kim Jong-Un loves the public spotlight, and it will be telling if he similarly goes into hiding,” the author said.
The airstrikes are “a warning to China’s People’s Liberation Army, which had grown dismissive of the U.S. Navy and Air Force. Xi Jinping, the Chinese leader visiting Mar-a-Lago, almost certainly interpreted the strike as a sign of disrespect to him,” Chang said.
Report: President Trump decided on Syria action before meeting with Chinese President Xi
Retired four-star Gen. Jack Keane told Fox News on Wednesday that the U.S. is "rapidly and dangerously heading towards the reality that the military option is the only one left when it comes to getting North Korea to denuclearize and not weaponized [intercontinental ballistic missiles]."
Trump made it a point to address the media about the Syria strike at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida just moments after dining with his Chinese counterpart President Xi Jinping.
The strike was a culmination of a rapid, three-day transformation for Trump, who has long opposed deeper U.S. involvement in Syria's civil war. Advisers said he was outraged by heartbreaking images of young children who were among the dozens killed in the chemical attack and ordered his national security team to swiftly prepare military options. The Los Angeles Times reported up to 15 dead in the strikes. A Syrian official said six were killed at the base and nine others in surrounding areas. The death toll could not be independently confirmed.
“This is Trump saying, ‘No, I am a man of my words,’” Reva Goujon, the vice president of Stratfor, told CNBC. “’When I make a threat, I will follow through.’ That’s certainly something the Chinese and North Koreans will be thinking
about.”

What you are leaving out Elkindoofus, is that the coward Obozo drew a red line and told Assad there would be consequences if he crossed it. Assad crossed the line and Obozo refused to act.
You have a short memory.
Or maybe it's just selective.
