The long awaited smoking gun?

On Drudge right now:
Republican congressional investigators expect a potential “smoking gun” establishing that the Obama administration spied on the Trump transition team, and possibly the president-elect himself, will be produced to the House Intelligence Committee this week, a source told Fox News.

Classified intelligence showing incidental collection of Trump team communications, purportedly seen by committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., and described by him in vague terms at a bombshell Wednesday afternoon news conference, came from multiple sources, Capitol Hill sources told Fox News. The intelligence corroborated information about surveillance of the Trump team that was known to Nunes, sources said, even before President Trump accused his predecessor of having wiretappedhim in a series of now-infamous tweets posted on March 4.

The intelligence is said to leave no doubt the Obama administration, in its closing days, was using the cover of legitimate surveillance on foreign targets to spy on President-elect Trump, according to sources.

The key to that conclusion is the unmasking of selected U.S. persons whose names appeared in the intelligence, the sources said, adding that the paper trail leaves no other plausible purpose for the unmasking other than to damage the incoming Trump administration.

The FBI hasn’t been responsive to the House Intelligence Committee’s request for documents, but the National Security Agency is expected to produce documents to the committee by Friday. The NSA document production is expected to produce more intelligence than Nunes has so far seen or described – including what one source described as a potential “smoking gun” establishing the spying.

Some time will be needed to properly assess the materials, with the likely result being that congressional investigators and attorneys won’t have a solid handle on the contents of the documents – and their implications – until next week.

Because Nunes’s intelligence came from multiple sources during a span of several weeks, and he has not shared the actual materials with his committee colleagues, he will be the only member of the panel in a position to know whether the NSA has turned over some or all of the intelligence he is citing. However, Fox News was told Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., had been briefed on the basic contents of the intelligence described by Nunes.

CIA Director Mike Pompeo is also sympathetic to the effort to determine, with documentary evidence, the extent of any alleged Obama administration spying on the Trump team, sources said.

At a dramatic Wednesday news conference, Nunes claimed to have seen evidence that members of the Trump transition team, possibly including the president-elect, were subjected to “incidental surveillance” collection that Nunes characterized as legal but troubling.

“What I've read bothers me,” he told reporters, “and I think it should bother the president himself, and his team because I think some of it seems to be inappropriate.”

Schiff blasted Nunes for not coming first to the Intelligence Committee with the information.

"If accurate, this information should have been shared with members of the committee, but it has not been," Schiff said in a Wednesday statement.

No wonder Obozo "lit out for the territories" as they used to say.

Barry's non-denial denial told the story weeks ago.

It said it was the policy not to interfere with the DoJ, meaning he had spoken privately with Lynch and arranged it.

This could also have come up in Loretta's secret meeting on the tarmac with Bill, particularly because Harry Reid and Hillary were promising in October that big anti-Trump revelations were coming.

The Democrats now trying to pretend wiretapping didn't occur have fallen back on semantics, or the location of Trump's server outside the Tower, but all along Barry had politicized everything.

The IRS went after conservatives, then Lois Lerner's hard drive got "scratched" and then the tape backup mysteriously vanished on a midnight shift in its West Va data facility.

Under Holder and Lynch, the DoJ even claimed that only whites could be racist, and it assumed young criminals such as Trayvon and Brown were innocent when that didn't turn out to be true at all.

Obama is under investigation by the new DOJ for his targeting of Americans and abusing his public office. He fucked up wiretapping Trump, now Trump is gaining access to that information and rest assured, Obama never imagined in his worst nightmare that Trump would become President after all they threw at him. Obama was playing checkers, Trump was playing chess.

Pass the popcorn.

If Trump was in the fallout from being tapped, it's because his people were what they appear: Foreign agents working for Russia and other nations.

Ergo, Donnie was as the very least unwittingly complicit. As such, he is even less fit to be POTUS than was first assessed.

Obamacare is the status quo, and that is what Dems wanted.

The sad thing is that Americans will continue to be victimized by the lousy design of Obamacare.

For a petty little partisan like Elkin, who doesn't care about the country, that is good news.

I'd like to see a better bill than Ryan put forward, and it shouldn't be hard to write one.

The real loss is the time wasted by Ryan.

Trump tried, Congress blocked him, Trump today announced he's washing his hands of Obamacare, Congress owns it, let them deal with it's collapse. He's right, Trump came out the winner in this.

Trump said he was going to replace Obamacare.

Now we just saw how that turned out...he blamed the teabaggers for failing to seal the deal!!!

According to Trump, It's always somebody else's fault other than his own. I suppose that he'll give himself a grade of A on his self submitted report card.

Had Ryancare passed, it would have taken years to lower premiums.

So Trump would probably have been worse off, in a few years, if saddled with Ryancare.
