I don't much listen to the talking heads on TV telling me how a camel shitting in the desert will impact world events. I like to get the facts and make up my own mind. I remember reading in the history books how Jack London went to Cuba after the battleship Maine was sunk to await the outbreak of the war between Cuba and the USA. After a while, London cabled back to Hearst "No war here, I'm coming home." Hearst cabled back, "Stay there I'll send you a war." Hearst then proceeded to inflame USA public opinion until we sent troops to Cuba.

The facts paint an entirely different picture than what is played over and over on the cable news shows.

Apparently, Obama's theory on confronting Islamic terrorists was to downplay the situation.

The argument now being made on leftist CNN is that a travel ban from a few Islamic lands will inflame the situation and make the world more dangerous.

Here's the problem.

Islamic radicals attacked NY long before 9/11.

Long before Trump's candidacy, there were many Islamic terrorist attacks.

Long after Barry O tried to mollify Islamic terrorists by not even calling them by name, they kept attacking and killing.

Isn't the lesson that they are at war with modernity, the developed West, even if we pretend we are not at war with them?
