US quietly sent $221M to Palestinians in Obama's last hours. Officials said Monday that the Obama administration-- in its waning hours-- defied Congressional opposition and quietly released $221 million to the Palestinian Authority that members of Congress had blocked.

A State Department official and several congressional aides told The Associated Press that the outgoing administration formally notified Congress it would spend the money Friday morning.

The official said former Secretary of State John Kerry had informed some lawmakers of the move shortly before he left the State Department for the last time Thursday.

The aides said written notification dated Jan. 20 was sent to Congress just hours before Donald Trump took the oath of office.

In addition to the $221 million for the Palestinians, the Obama administration also told Congress on Friday it was going ahead with the release of another $6 million in foreign affairs spending, including $4 million for climate change programs and $1.25 million for U.N. organizations, the congressional aides said.

Obama and Valerie Jarrett both grew up in Islamic lands.

They favored the Arab side of every issue, and were always against the Israeli side on every issue.

It was little noticed but Obozo tried to stick a finger in the eye of the American sportsman on his way out the door as well. He issued one of his Imperial Edicts that banned any form of lead on Federal lands. This would have prevented the use of lead shot, bullets and sinkers used by fishermen.
Thankfully Congress stepped in and slapped down this foolishness.

Another one that needs to be slapped down is his order that the military develop and use "eco-friendly" ammo that dissolves after a period of time without causing harm to eco system like the current ammo does.

Obama wanted to destroy our military and weaken the United States so that we were no longer "special". Had Hillary won, his goal would have been accomplished. It took a lot of work to damage the United States to the point it's at, but we survived, he failed.
