327, your post is really difficult to read because of the excessive, unattributed quoting.

Sinsation, Gattina, Cherry, Vanessa and many other regulars have vanished both from the contri's and the boards. Granted this type of thing does have a shelf life but discouraging new comers such as Theblackcat is not good policy.

Posters will come and go. That's expected. It should absolutely set off alarms that Theblackcat and Hollybaby very specifically said WHY they're leaving. That's the most valuable feedback a company can get.

Maybe reducing the prize money may help in resolving some of this problem. I is after all billed as an amateur site. Let the ladies have there fun and willingness to share with us for a time. Half of which are not here for the money any way.

While I'm skeptical that the site actually makes many of the claimed payments, that seems like the wrong fix. Actually MAKE IT an amateur site and not a playground for copy/paste losers and actually listen to your users. If you reduce the motivation for scammers, you also reduce the motivation for some the actual posters.

One last point. I don't know how many times I've flagged rude and inappropriate comments on the contri section yet month after month the same trolls are there. The free side should be a gateway to the pay side not a dead end for those just starting out.

That's fixable, too. I've suggested shadow bans, and having an "asshole rank" that measured the % of the comments you made that were deleted (where I would rank highly because I point out fakes and the fakers delete my comments) and an asshole rank of the posters (if you're deleting 10% of the comments, the problem MIGHT not be the commenters...), but it would balance out when the poster's contri got taken down. These are all fixable. The technology isn't even that difficult. OTOH, I also don't think the site has a developer on staff. I think they contracted out the development "after the crash" as the site has been pretty much static since 2012.
