The NAACP's Legal Defense and Educational Fund, citing "grave legal concerns," is asking a Missouri judge to convene a new grand jury to consider charges against the Ferguson police officer who fatally shot 18-year-old Michael Brown. They've also asked that the FBI to investigate backgrounds of all the prior grand jury members.

The NAACP can ask for whatever it wants and it doesn't mean jack shit.

The investigation will likely go through because of the jury member who has been complaining about what the DA did and didn't tell them.

It's clear, the Obama administration made a decision to allow those in Benghazi to die and blame it on a protest out of control due to offending Muslims rather than sending troops which would have resulted in a fire fight exposing the true terrorism, not a good thing right before the elections since Obama told the world terrorists were defeated on his watch. It was treason and Hillary went along with it.
