This is not as easy as you assume. Google bases the importance of a site on things like links to the site, visitors to the site, and clickthroughs from searches to the site. By being offline for a month (and then subtly changing the URLs on the return), VW has lost all of the Google "importance" that it has built up over the years.
The specifically is not a way you can get your pages re-listed. All you can do is tell them which pages you would like them to list and wait for them to scan them, decide they are important, scan still more, decide they are more important, etc. as it snowballs over weeks or months. As Google decides VW pages are more and more important, they will scan more deeply and frequently.
Being down so long that all the pages dropped off the Google index, changing URLs, dropping Alexa pagerank to under half what it was, loss of substantial traffic, etc. all add together to mean it will be a long time before Google searches even start to look like what they used to.
