Not sure what the lag time is but Im guessing 24hrs. The lag only lasts for the 1st 10 posts then it is instant.

I think she was talking about a set of pics submitted to the Private Shots gallery on the site...

If that's the case, it seems to take a few days, 3-5, depending on the general volume and if there's a Sunday to add in. It seems like the mods try to get a somewhat even amount of sets published each day, so if they were to get 20 sets submitted on one particular day, then none for the rest of the week, they'd space them out so there 3-4 every day of the week...

I'm just guessing at this, based on what I've noticed in the past.
