Agree 100%, I'm betting Hillary hopes the DOJ files charges if it appears Trump will win. My reasoning is, she knows that either the DOJ will intentially fumble the case letting her off and there can be no retrial or she's convicted and Obama pardons her, either way she avoids prison and can't be retried.

Worse case for Hillary (best for America) is that Trump wins President, no charges have been filed, Trump replaces Lynch and they throw the book at her. Now she doesn't have lynch to intentially blow the prosecution or Obama to pardon her. Hillary is looking at prison if she doesn't win this race...unless she's prosecuted and pardoned before Trump is in office. Rest assured it's keeping her up at night.
