Listening to the Politically Correct Latina who heads OPM, one would think eagle-eyed federal employees discovered the hack.

Apparently, though, it was only by accident that a private security firm doing a sales presentation to try to get a federal contract discovered that the Office of Personnel Management had been hacked into a year before.

Now, upwards of 14 million people may be involved.
