As Ferguson was looted, where was the Nat Guard?

Nixon is a Democrat, so presumably he got his marching orders from other politicians eager to allow young looters to exercise their "rights"?

Of course it was a political decision to keep the National Guard from helping the police. Even a 12 year old Russian in Moscow knew what was going to happen, Gov Nixon acts like he was caught by surprise by the reaction. :shock:

Left unguarded were streets and areas where they had 3 months to prepare for riots.

Result?

More businesses in Ferguson were destroyed.

Which raises the question: Why would big corporations invest in mostly-black areas?

It's now came out that Gov Nixon and his entire staff were "off line" the day of the rioting when calls for help came in. The Mayor of Ferguson and several different State agencies who tried to contact Nixon's office for help only got answering machines with no return calls until the next day. Nixon claims he was left out of the loop on the announcement and refused to explain why he and his staff couldn't be contacted.

This has the stench of the Obama Administration.

It really does because how many cell phones and laptops would a governor and his staff have?
