That's the numbers since the Ebola breakout in Africa, the American people are being played by Obama and the UN to milk us of money and to deploy our military into Africa to be their police and construction forces. Obama talks of only sending 3,000 soldiers to Africa to fight Ebola but the military is saying they are actually sending 13,000 as the first wave who will be setting up permanent facilities to house 10's of thousands of more military members to follow.

We are being played once again by Obama and the media.

There are some bright spots for Africa, like a lot of young people and China investing a lot there and improvements in Nigeria.

I have about 5 percent of my portfolio invested in Africa. It is almost like gambling, of course, because it is at least as risky as going to Vegas to play the tables.

But, as this story shows, there are tremendous problems and Africa remains a frontier market.
