How can I get a refund if I want it? Do you have a procedure or can I just go through my credit card company. It seems that I renewed on june 2 and you are unable to provide me with what I renewed for. You also have not provided any tangible legitimate corrections to the interruption in service. Also why not mass email your subscribers with a notice? Anything would be better than what we see now. The accused seems to have a grip of what the users want, why not you?
