The Senate had no budget for 1200 days.

Obama's budget the past few years gained not one single vote in the Senate. Not one, not even from Dems.

So Obama has not done his job on the budget -- not even a tiny little bit.

Obama was on vacation last summer, and so were the House and the Senate. All knew Oct 1st was coming, and all did zero to prepare for it.
