johnny, you forgot to post any evidence that Granholm laughed at "High Energy Prices" you silly goose.

You only posted a video that shows her laughing at a humorous question about her plan to increase OIL production in the U.S.. There was nothing said about "High Energy Prices" in your video.

Then, after laughing at the silly question that misses the point, she answered by saying that her plan was to diversify energy production (not "oil production") in the U.S. to decrease our dependence on foreign sources of energy.

Good answer, good plan.
